Property prices, availability, specifications, possession dates, amenities, and other information may change without prior notice.

5. 10. Subscription Renewal and TerminationWhere a service is offered on a subscription or recurring basis, the applicable subscription period, renewal terms, and charges will be communicated before or at the time of purchase.Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Kartik Groups may suspend or terminate Services where:Payment remains unpaid;The customer breaches these Terms;The customer provides unlawful or misleading information;The customer uses the Services for prohibited activities;Continued service creates legal, regulatory, security, or reputational risk; orA third-party platform restricts or terminates access required for the Service.Upon termination, obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue, including confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, payment obligations, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.

11. WhatsApp Business and Official APIKartik Groups may use WhatsApp Business or the WhatsApp Business Platform, including applicable official API infrastructure, for customer communication, enquiry management, property updates, notifications, and marketing where permitted.Where WhatsApp messaging is used:Users should provide their mobile number voluntarily.Appropriate consent/opt-in should be obtained where required.Messages will be sent only for legitimate and permitted purposes.Users may request that communications stop.Kartik Groups will respect applicable WhatsApp policies and applicable law.Users should not submit confidential information unnecessarily through messaging channels.WhatsApp is a third-party platform and its own terms, policies, security practices, availability, and technical limitations apply.Kartik Groups does not control WhatsApp’s infrastructure or guarantee uninterrupted availability.Where Kartik Groups provides messaging services to a third-party real-estate customer, responsibility for lawful customer-data collection, messaging purpose, and required consent will be allocated according to the applicable service agreement and applicable law.

12. RCS Business MessagingKartik Groups may use RCS for Business for rich business communications such as property enquiries, property updates, appointment information, service notifications, and permitted promotional communications.RCS communications may include text, images, rich cards, buttons, property information, links, and other supported content.Users may unsubscribe from promotional communications using available opt-out mechanisms. In India, Google’s RCS infrastructure uses STOP as an unsubscribe keyword, and non-essential messages should cease following an unsubscribe request.Kartik Groups will comply with applicable RCS policies and requirements concerning consent, transparency, opt-out, truthful business identification, and permitted content.Google and participating carriers may independently review, restrict, suspend, or discontinue RCS services.

13. Message Delivery and Compliance PolicyKartik Groups is committed to responsible digital communication.We will not intentionally use our communication systems for:Spam;Phishing;Fraud;Impersonation;Misleading property claims;Unlawful solicitation;Harassment;Malicious links;Unlawful content; orCommunications prohibited by WhatsApp, Google, telecom operators, or applicable law.Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time through available mechanisms or by contacting Kartik Groups.A user may still receive essential service-related communications where legally permitted and reasonably necessary to provide a service requested by that user.Consent records may be retained for compliance, audit, dispute resolution, and legitimate business purposes.

14. Intellectual Property RightsUnless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content, branding, logos, text, graphics, design, layout, photographs, videos, software, databases, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Kartik Groups.You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, publicly display, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.Property images and information may belong to property owners, developers, agents, photographers, or other third parties.
